BHC Insurance is proud to be part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States chosen as a 2016 Best Practices Agency by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA). This designation recognizes the business practices of high performing agencies and urges others to adopt similar practices.
BHC Insurance qualified for the honor on the basis of operational excellence including outstanding customer retention, growth, profitability, productivity, service practice excellence, and financial stability. 1,800 agencies nationwide were nominated for the group but just 254 were chosen. Of those, only BHC Insurance and a Little Rock agency were from Arkansas.
